Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team for a fixed 12 months period.
The role will manage the delivery of marketing material, overseeing the presentations, graphic design, and marketing data analytics teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials accurately reflect updates in regulatory compliance, product changes, and the firm’s brand. The role will work in coordination with the heads of product, legal, finance, compliance, client services, and distribution. The successful candidate will also be providing support to the head of RFP including ensuring quality control. The role will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and the associated costs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pipeline of projects and progress them according to priority across the data analytics, design, and presentation teams
- Accountable for identifying and escalating operational issues across the teams
- Manage vendor relationships and associated costs
- Work in collaboration with the heads of distribution, consultant relations, client services, performance and product to confirm product change features to update throughout communications.
- Monitor the implementation of regulatory updates in coordination with the compliance and legal, as well as marketing marketing management teams
- Support the Head of RFP and the RFP team in developing RFPs and DDQs as well as with quality control
Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing teams
- Technical experience with AUM production, GIPS performance, and consultant databases
- Experience within RFP is essential as well as experience within presentations and design
- Experience with product change process and leading updates in marketing and communication
- Ability to oversee the implementation of updated disclosure and compliance regulations across all marketing materials
- Demonstrable ability to deliver medium to large-scale projects within deadlines
- Experience with collaborating across teams and departments on projects
- Strong initiative, sense of personal accountability, and excellent communication skills
