About our client
We are working with a well-established, multi-strategy growth equity fund with a specialist focus on technology, healthcare and business services. The fund has an in-house consulting team that works closely with portfolio companies to accelerate their growth. They are looking to add an Associate based in London to support the growing volume of European business. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a team partnering with exceptional entrepreneurs.
What the job involves

• Working with management and investment teams to identify and execute growth initiatives
• Travel 1-2 days every 2-3 weeks to work with management teams
• Consulting style work managing 2-3 projects at a time in areas such as go-to-market, M&A integration and talent
• Working with external talent partners to help management teams recruit executives

Who we are looking for

• Prior experience working at a fast-growing business (especially software), likely as a Chief of Staff, or Strategy & Operations. Consultants with experience working for VC/PE backed scale-ups or professionals at other private equity operations teams would also be relevant backgrounds
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
• Business/finance background
• Team player as this role will support a variety of teams
• Must be driven and a self-starter
• Strong interpersonal skills, which will be needed when liaising with entrepreneurs and external recruitment firms
