About our client

Our client is a prestigious international investment firm with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Investment Associate/Senior Associate to join their investments team in London. You will support the investment and asset management function for a specific portfolio of assets, through working with a deal execution team to conduct end to end deal origination and execution, and being actively involved in asset management activities. The team will focus on investments in the Consumer sector.
What the job involves

• Supporting the investment team with end-to-end deal execution process and asset management
• Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
• Developing and analysing financial models as well as assisting with due diligence
• Supporting asset management activities, including asset valuation, monitoring financial performance and preparing internal and external portfolio communication
• Managing Analysts/Senior Analysts/ Associates on the team

Who we are looking for

• This opportunity would be suitable for candidates with Investment Banking experience
• The ideal candidate will have had exposure to clients/ stakeholders in a private equity firm
• You should have a demonstrable track record of executing M&A transactions
• You should have a strong business acumen and a passion for technology, healthcare and energy investments
• Degree in finance, business management, economics or equivalent, from a top-tier university
