Our client, a leading Real Assets Investment Manager, are currently looking for an analyst or associate to join their Long Income Real Estate team. Working across Pan-European and UK deals, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm who are leaders within their space.

The Role

Analysis of new transactions and existing exposures, research and creating financial models to support the development of funding strategies
Supporting the origination team in the development of new business
Effectively liaisng with various teams including legal advisors, the Investment Committee and management
Investment reporting including factsheet production and responses to investor requests

The Requirements

2-4 years post ACA from an accountancy firm
Currently working within financial transactions / due diligence across either real estate or infrastructure
Strong technical background
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interest and/or understanding of the real estate investment space
