Job Description:
Location: City of London
Line of Business & Division: Global Banking and Markets - Real Estate Gaming & Lodging (GBAM - REGL)

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with prior Investment Banking experience to join our team in the City of London. This is a permanent opportunity to apply your previous IBD experience and administrative skills in a fast paced, dynamic and successful business.

The successful candidate will support senior stakeholders including the Division's Chairman as well as 2 Vice-President's, 1 Associate and 3 Analysts.

In this role, we are looking for candidates who have previously worked as Executive, Team or Personal Administrative Assistants in another Investment Banking Division of our competitors. Prior industry or sector exposure will be considered a benefit.

What will I be doing? (Responsibilities)

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organizing Travel & Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals
  • Submitting Call reports and I-track
  • Arranging conference call - internal /external
  • Coordinating team events

Skills & Competencies we look for:
  • Prior experience working in Investment Banking Division in similar role (Administrative/Executive/Team/Personal Assistant)
  • Prior experience of working with C-Suit clients
  • Sector & industry experience relevant to the team will be considered advantageous
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is a nice to have but not essential
  • Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
