Join some of the best sector teams in the Infrastructure industry on new acquisitions, divestments and management of existing portfolio companies.

You will be supporting the senior leadership team and helping to develop the junior staff within the division, whilst bringing your prior experience in natural resources, oil as a preference.

You will have previous experience working with LBO and syndicate models and conducting commercial and financial due diligence.

We are active asset managers and our investments require continued engagement with portfolio company management teams and the board of directors. You will be working with portfolio company senior management teams to measure and monitor the financial and operational performance and strategic direction of those companies, identify and execute M&A transactions - both new acquisitions and bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies and finally, work to execute financing transactions.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree (or equivalent), have a thorough understanding of debt refinancing and be able to demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong financial modelling skills with excellent verbal and written communication are highly desirable.
