New Business Representative # 122042

We Offer
  • A challenging role in our New Business (NB) Department in London to enable the firm to competitively seize new revenue opportunities and to diversify its businesses, while ensuring these opportunities are implemented in a disciplined and controlled manner that protects and enhances the firm's franchise and reputation
  • Understanding the business drivers for individual proposals, and the impact of these proposals on Credit Suisse, determining the internal approval requirements/processes (i.e. Country Mgmt., Rep. Risk, CARMC, CFO, etc.) and understanding Shared Services department requirements and dependencies
  • Acting as an advisor to the Front Office and engaging with sponsors to establish minimum requirements to formally initiate the NB process overseeing the progress of the resolution/completion of key risks and milestones associated with the initiative
  • Providing guidance on key requirements and own the escalation of issues to more senior management

You Offer
  • University degree or equivalent higher education in business administration, management, economics, banking or finance
  • 5-8 years of work experience preferably in a support or similar business function
  • Very control sensitive, hands on as well as proactive
  • Strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Good business know how within the financial industry (Asset Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking or Shared Services)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively across the whole organization including senior management
