They cover all key verticals and the ideal candidate will be an experienced banker operating at VP1 or VP2 level and seeking an active and progressive tier 1 platform to ensure high calibre experience that can propel them to MD.
You will either be an Oil & Gas specialist already, or looking to deepoen your specialisation having gained M&A and sector expertise as part of a credible Industrials or broader Natural Resources Group. Your CV will exhibit first rate execution experience.
Responsibilities will centre on:
- You will be responsible for the management of live transactions
- You will oversee the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
- Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
- Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
