Our client is a top tier asset management house and this role will sit in a senior level of this Change team. As a Project Manager in the new Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will drive and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to share your experienced perspective. Your scope will include a range of projects supporting the Europe & Asia business – inclusive of business, process, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure outcomes for the projects are clear, executive support exists for our initiatives, effective prioritization is being applied, work is sequenced properly, and key accountabilities are understood and adopted. You will partner with business leaders and Enterprise Change Office colleagues to deliver results. You will maximize value by ensuring connection to overall business strategy throughout all project phases.
In this role you will act as a resource for business contacts regarding project management methods and change capabilities, and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office globally, particularly across Europe & Asia.
My client is ideally looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and have had extensive project management experience. Ideally you will have had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, operating models, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
