TEKsystems Global Services are negaged on a programme onsite at a Tier 1 Global Banking Client. We're looking for a React developer, with knowledge of java to join a UK based development team. The programme is driven by the Basel3 regulation and is seeing the creation of a microservices application to manage client's collateral. The client currently depend on other vendors to host such systems and manage collateral, but this needs to be brought in house.
The programme is still in the early stages, with a team of developers based offshore supporting the systems, but they require a development team in the UK to drive delivery of the programme. We're looking for a Developer with a react focus to come in, join the team and work on building the system. The Application will be built on GCP so cloud knowledge is ideal, but not a necessity.
Due to the regulatory driven nature of the programme, there are deadlines that need to be met; they are looking to have pilot roll out by the end of July, with further integrations in Q3, with a view to go live in the UK in Q4.
This is a high profile regulatory driven project within the organisation, with a view to move onto a global focus after the UK delivery has been completed.
