Founded in 2012, Logan Sinclair is a search consultancy and market research firm specialising in front office recruitment and insights for the asset management industry. Our focus is hiring for investment, marketing, product and distribution teams across the UK, Europe and Asia at the mid to senior level.   • Meetings with existing and prospective clients to build and develop positive relationships
  • Managing interviews and tests, organising interviews for candidates and informing candidates and clients of feedback
  • Screening and briefing candidates about responsibilities, salary and benefits
  • Advertising vacancies across industry job boards
  • Using candidate databases to match candidates to job roles
  • Receiving and reviewing applications to adverts
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in roles and selling any potential roles to them
  • Preparing CVs and dashboards to submit to clients for live job roles
  • Idea generation around speculative submissions to clients
  • Hold a good market understanding of clients and the industry


  • Using business development techniques to attract business from new and existing clients
  • Working towards and exceeding targets relating to billings from candidates placed 
  • Manage quarterly targets alongside an overall yearly target
  • Reviewing recruitment best practices to ensure efficiency
  • Working with researchers to help place roles 


  • 3 years track record of billing experience in a recruitment company
  • Asset management or finance experience encouraged but not essential for the right candidate 
  • Creation of “search level” go to market strategy
  • Self motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly organised with demonstrated ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritise
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
