SVP - Professional Practices - 1st line of defence (Internal Audit background required)
Paritas Recruitment - Audit London, Vereinigtes KönigreichA leading Investment Banking group are looking to hire an SVP into their recently established 1st line of defence Professional Practices team.
The team has grown from scratch to c. 100 employees globally with no signs of slowing down in 2023. The hiring manager is looking to speak to an experienced Internal Auditor from an Investment Banking background. Although Professional Practices / Quality Assurance experience is not essential it would be beneficial the successful incumbent has dealt with regulators, risks / controls and developed methodology.
Experience across Credit Risk will also be beneficial.
The bank is operating a hybrid working model, 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home.
Salary up to £125,000 + benefits + bonus.
