To £125,000 basic salary plus bonus and employee benefits - exciting OTE potential

The Opportunity:

Following a period of significant success, my client is looking to accelerate their growth and is seeking to hire an ambitious Sales Professional (with a strong track record of success) to join their talented Sales team
My client is an Award Winning, enterprising and aspiring alternative investment management company, with top talent from the world's preeminent financial institutions amongst its ranks
Running 10 cutting edge investment strategies, my client is well placed to cherry pick the best Investment Managers and offers a diversified range of investment funds including Macro, Event Driven Equity, Sustainability focused, Convertible Bond and Arbitrage
Ensuring the funds are structured in a way to maximise their attractiveness to a range of domestic and overseas investors, my client can offer a suite of funds to suit a range of investment objectives, as well as structure bespoke solutions tailored to meet specific risk and return objectives
With growth at top of their agenda, my client is looking to quadruple in AuM over the next 12 months. This role of course will play a key part in this anticipated increase and attracting the right talent is paramount

Your Experience:

You will have a very strong track record of academic achievement and proven track record of success within the investment management industry
My client is keen to secure employment talent that still has one eye on both personal and professional development - this role is pitched at the mid to senior level, and not necessarily a "Head of Sales"
What is key is being able to demonstrate a proven track record of success within Fund Sales, from ideally a diversified Asset Management business that will have run a diversified range of fund strategies
You will also have the hunger and ambition to grow your investor network, being highly motivated and innovative in your approach
Your network will include sophisticated wholesale / institutionally minded investors within ideally the Benelux, Germany, France regions - to this end, an ability to speak French, German or other European language would be valuable
