Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager

You will be the key interface into our Trading Technology Development Teams, developing a deep understanding of our Trading Technology team's strategy; aligning, driving and shaping our Technology Infrastructure Strategy accordingly.

A natural trouble-shooter you will work though blockers and develop collaborative process improvements and innovative solutions to meet business needs.

As one of our key technology leaders you will be leading critical projects ( e.g. driving the transformation of the EMEA estate to public and private cloud ) and directing other Project Managers. You will also play a critical role during rare major incident events and deputise for the Head of Technology Infrastructure, EMEA.

You will need a strong / broad infrastructure background. We're open minded on exactly what this will look like, but you will need technical knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows, VMWare, VDI and Networking and Storage Technologies.

An Interest in Cloud Technologies and experience of Infrastructure as code, ANSIBLE, CHEF, Puppet or other similar technologies will be an advantage.

Experience within trading environments also an advantage but the experience and desire to work in a global firm is more important.
