A large financial services business is looking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their London office.
The individual will lead the groups response to transfer pricing requirements in the UK and EMEA more widely, acting as the lead for day to day transfer pricing matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transfer pricing risk across the group
- Review transfer pricing implications of new transactions
- Preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation
- Respond to transfer pricing developments e.g. at the OECD level
- Present to Board and Audit Committees on transfer pricing matters
- Produce management reporting on transfer pricing risk/trends
- Lead on Transfer Pricing documentation projects
Required:
- Awareness of transfer pricing legislation and OECD guidance
- Understanding of transfer pricing risk
- Familiarity with transfer pricing issues specific to banking capital markets business
