A specialist mid-market Corporate Finance adviser with global offices is looking to hire a Vice President to their London office. The firm has veteran dealmakers, who are well versed in dealing with an international multi-billion dollar conglomerate, more entrepreneurial companies and financial sponsors. They leverage their extensive international network to deliver optimal solutions for their clients globally. We are looking for outstanding candidates to join their unrivalled experienced Corporate Finance team based in London who are interested in working on cross boarder deals between Europe and the Middle East.

The Candidate:

ACA qualified
6-12 years experience in Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance (M&A team)/Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Knowledge and experience of the London Market
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to initiate group marketing and client development efforts
Strong work ethic, organisational skills, and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial
Motivated, creative, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis
