About the team

Our Settlement Operations team are responsible for the reconciliation and end level accounting of cash in from various schemes and the outgoing payments to our customers in multiple currencies across a wide range of products and platforms. Alongside this we also manage customer queries and receipt cash in from our customers to clear debt.

Our change function which you would be a part of is responsible for any change that impacts the above department including scheme and bank changes, regulatory changes, product or commercial led change or internal department change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defines design requirements and leads ongoing discussion with developers on progress
• Attends relevant Tech planning events and provides feedback to managers and rest of change team on the expected features to be delivered in the next release
• Attends demos
• Representative in meetings for the department/area assigned to
• Provides project updates where necessary
• Ensures any reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Defines testing/ Live Proving requirements and perform checkout process
• Performs First Occurrence Validation
• Defect and issue resolution

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training,

or work experience.
