Job summary

 

The Service Operator will work within the existing Service Operations team, reporting to the Team Lead. Working with the wider team, or individually, you will be responsible for:
•Providing 2nd line technical support and co-ordination for incident and problem management
•Liaising with end-users who are either on-site or based at other locations
•Managing tickets assigned to you, ensuring remediation and providing updates to end-users
•Adhere to established ITIL and IT processes
•Providing triage to assist the technical teams
•Monitoring SLAs to assess priorities
•Identifying patterns in incidents
•Demonstrating and promoting knowledge of ITIL process

 

Qualifications/Experience
•ITIL
•IT Technical qualification
•Some experience with full image and application lifecycle
•Troubleshooting and problem solving experience
•Customer facing experience
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent communication skills
•Committed to self-development
