What we are building
We now need a Senior QA Automation Engineer to support the transformation and the future growth of the business, simplifying our IT architecture by removing our legacy systems and delivering new solutions providing market-leading services for our colleagues, customers and advisers.
The Senior QA Automation Engineer is responsible for delivering test automation capability to support efficient software delivery; they will develop and maintain automated testing software tools and framework(s). Automated testing forms an integral part of software development and support in the live environment, the QAAE must ensure that scripts are robust and can be integrated into release automation (CICD) pipelines.
Being a highly capable Automation Engineer, the role holder is expected to lead and influence the automation approach for projects, and may be required to design and develop automated test scripts or new testing solutions for more complex projects.
