They will contribute to the implementation and execution of industry and service group marketing plans and associated budgets, and act as a liaison to the firm marketing team. They are accountable for daily efforts around CRM management. If you proactively communicate on various initiatives, changes and at times enjoy working in a high-pressure environment, we should talk!

The ideal candidate for this position should be a creative thinker and operate as a team member to leverage CLA best practices! They will drive and monitor the local growth network marketing plan/budget in alignment with CLA national plans. This role can sit anywhere within the US; however the ideal candidate will live in California (Los Angeles, Sacramento, etc.)

As a Marketing / CRM Coordinator, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Execute local marketing activities (local trade shows, event coordination and speaking engagements) across one or more offices

  • Enter/update account, contact, campaign, activity, and opportunities in CRM

  • Execute internal communications through email, office Yammer site and office shared Outlook marketing/recruiting calendar

  • Actively participate in and encourages office professionals to be active in social media

  • Assist and support with marketing to coordinate local press releases and advertising submissions

  • Provide support and assistance with firm-wide marketing

  • Support execution of growth network marketing programs

  • Direct industry-based and firm-wide marketing in local offices

  • Provide and effectively communicate with management reporting and data analysis

  • Assist with national campaigns on regional level

  • Keep firm-wide marketing team aware of local needs

  • Help develop local process and procedures with oversight from leadership

  • Drives brand from marketing team through growth networks

This position requires someone with the following qualities

  • Driven to work hard both individually and as a team

  • Outgoing and customer service oriented

Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office Products is necessary.

  • Regular use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and CRM

  • Frequent user with Adobe, and other internal systems

  • Requires ability to quickly master new software applications as needed

Minimum job requirements required

  • Three years of work experience or a degree or equivalent education experience

  • High school degree or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's in Business, Administration or Marketing, a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office Products is necessary (Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe)

  • Experience with Metaviewer preferred

  • Experience with STAR preferred
