? Align and maintain the Companys cyber securitypolicies, processes, and standards to industry compliance frameworks, such asCIS and NIST CSF
? Conduct cyber security gap analysis assessmentsagainst industry standards, applicable regulations, and best practices
? Assist in assessing, measuring, evaluating, andimproving the Companys readiness to deal with cyber security and compliancerisks
? Act as a liaison to the workforce on all ITrelated policy and standards inquiries
? Identify, track and remediate audit andcompliance issues
? Consult with other IT teams on secureimplementation procedures for the Companys computing environments
? Identify and evaluate: 1) business andtechnology risks, 2) internal controls which mitigate risks, and 3) methods andtechnologies to improve the internal control environment
? Lead or execute compliance audits and riskassessments within established control areas
? Develop, maintain, and coordinate acomprehensive, measurable cyber security awareness program that uses multiplemethods including training, to help educate the workforce
? Implement technologies and automation processesto enhance the Companys security posture based on threats, attack vectors, andvulnerabilities
? Monitor, assess, and defend the Companysinternal computer systems
? Excellent written and dynamic verbalcommunication skills
? Experience implementing or assessing cybersecurity programs against the CIS or NIST CSF framework
? Solid understanding of industry standards (NIST800-53, ISO 27002), control objectives, cyber threats and vulnerabilities
? A Bachelor's degree or higher in InformationAssurance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management InformationSystems, or related field. A minimum of 6 years of recent InformationAssurance, cyber security auditing, or security consulting experience may betaken into account in lieu of a degree.
? 4+ years experience in IT, IA, or technicalconsulting

? Able to work under minimal supervision
? Able to work well with others and as a member ofa team
? Able to handle stressful situations in aprofessional manner

? 2+ years of work experience with one or morescripting languages: perl, python, PowerShell
