As part of the Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) Analyst Program, you will be placed in one of our industry or product groups where you will work with alongside industry and product bankers to provide capital markets and advisory services to our Investment Bank clients.
The Analyst Program begins with a five-week, robust training program designed to cover accounting, corporate finance, financial modeling, research and valuation techniques. The training program ensures that both those with Liberal Arts degrees and business degrees have the skills necessary be a strong performer. You will continue to learn and develop through ongoing training throughout the Analyst program. As a first-year Analyst, you will be a key contributor in the origination and execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions for domestic and foreign, and public and private entities.
