The Operations Trading Specialist will support the daily analysis, processing and resolution of T+0 and T+1 mutual fund trading.

The Operations Trading Specialist will support the daily analysis, processing and resolution of T+0 and T+1 mutual fund trading.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Analyze and resolve mutual fund trade rejects under strict deadlines

* Review and submit trades in proprietary software for management approval

* Submit T+0 daily money market trades to mutual fund companies

* Resubmit rejected trades for management approval

* Coordinate and assist client services representatives and other operations groups with any trade-related issues

* Handle daily trade-related reporting

Qualifications required: 

Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a related discipline (highly preferred.)
Two years of financial services experience, preferably in the brokerage or mutual fund industry. 
FINRA Series 6 or 7 license required.
Responsibilities include working under tight deadlines, attention to detail, working in a collaborative, open environment, strict adherence to work shift, and potentially impactful financial decision making.
