Job Description

The Governance and Controls lead is a critical function ensuring that domains under the purview of this role can demonstrate governance and compliance. This role will interface will senior leaders, internal governance stakeholders such as ORM, Internal Audit, and TRMIS BTRM. Primary responsibilities include:

•Maintain governance framework for several TRMIS domains
•Develop and maintain requirements for KPIs and KRIs associated with several TRMIS domains
•Interface with internal audit providing updates necessary to support management of active findings
•Liaise with internal stakeholders on assignment of control deficiencies as well as path to closure
•Support partner risk groups to ensure successful management of remediation items
•Monthly summaries to senior leaders in the form of monthly reports and RADAR updates
•Significantly influence data requirements necessary to govern (source systems)


•Leadership capabilities (management)
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Prior experience managing concurrent projects or audit findings
•CISSP or equivalent preferred
