Application Support Specialist
- Manage operational oversight and prioritize requirements and application changes for the Application Managed Services (AMS) vendor to ensure quality of delivery and performance of services.
- Provide application maintenance and support services to users or to service delivery functions.
- Use SAP support methodologies in identifying technical requirements, solutions and document specifications.
- Support and maintain software products over the lifecycle per designated quality criteria.
- Investigate incidents in applications and services. Implement remedies and preventative measures.
- Coordinate production deployments and review and approve work estimates.
- Oversee backlog management, release vendor planning and rollout plans, and disseminate status reports.
- Masters degree in Computer Science
- 2 years experience as above or as a Business Consultant in SAP technology
