Project Manager 4 based out of its Chicago, ILU.S. headquarters. The employee may also work at various unanticipatedlocations. S/he will perform the following duties: responsible for the projectplan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization;lead either a large project or a definable segment of a very large and complexproject; oversee various streams or activities to achieve a desired business result,planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction;responsible for translation of client's complex business requirements intoformal agreements; establish specific solutions, applications or processeswhich ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results; work withclient team members and executives to identify business requirements andsubsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning,controlling, executing and closing the client's solution; and responsible for awide range of process activities, including request for proposal, development,and final delivery.
