This position will coordinate and support the communications and change management (CCM) activities for the implementation of the Orion (ERP) Program. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program is part of a Federal Reserve Systems initiative to transition to integrated, cloud technology platforms for Financial Management, Human Capital Management, and Procurement Technology activities across the System. Implementing Orion over the next three years will be a significant change to the way we do business in our Systems Financial Management, Human Resources, and Procurement functions, and will touchat varied levelsevery FRS employee.
· Communications and Change Management (CCM) coordination, including key workstream activities and performance reporting
· Serve as the central coordination point for the project plan schedule management and related activities, including programmatic level change management and communication activities in support of programs District Transition Coordinators
·Actively engage with ERP program and related project teams to manage and report on progress of key milestones and interdependencies
·Lead workstream status meetings with Communications and Change Management Executive and ensure clear communication about workstream program status, issues, and risks
·Support development and execution of communication activities to program leadership, key stakeholders and other constituents (including FRS leaders and employees)
·Actively engage with third-party Implementation Consultant to coordinate workstream activities
·Ensure that key deliverables are executed on-time, and in a manner that meets stakeholder expectations
·Prepare and deliver presentations for workstream and project management on status of all of the above, as necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
· Program/project/portfolio management, specifically managing and coordinating reporting and performance metric tracking for large scale projects
·Strong analytical ability and knowledge of performance metric analysis
·Excellent written, verbal, graphical, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leader
·Strong organizational, planning, and self-management skills; strategic thinking and independent decision-making
·Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with strong collaboration and consensus building skills
·Track record of driving for results in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables
·Knowledge and experience with project portfolio management practices and tools; PMP strongly desired along with MS Office, SharePoint and Power Point experience
· Prefer knowledge and experience with organization change management practices and tools
·Some travel required and FRS service strongly preferred
·Applicant may be located at any Reserve Bank location
This position is funded for two years with the potential for potential extension.
