Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for a forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing cutting-edge, high-performance computing systems for a technology company. Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a team of engineers to deliver new products
• Train and mentor engineering team members
• Participate in the design and development of cutting-edge technology products
• Ensure project phases are executed according to company's Engineering Process and Best Practices

Requirements:

• MS/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for organizing complex details and logistics
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Executive presence and presentation skills
