Principal, Systems Analyst - Program Management

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to be the Program Manager for our Middleware program. You will be responsible for organizing internal and external initiatives and activities for our organization. As the program lead, partnering with the business owners/customers to collect and align on priorities is a day-to-day occurrence. You will find satisfaction in knowing that our organization is the best version of what it can be by unremittingly measuring performance and finding the right thing to do next.

Responsibilities:
* Drive projects to completion by understanding requirements and scope, project details, milestones, delivery dates, dependencies, sequencing, based on business priorities.
* Internally working with product owners to drive work within the team.
* Externally working with fellow program managers and team leads to drive progress
* Represent priorities and goals of the program across the department
* Measure, gauge, and metricize All The Things
* Identify and track new metrics/KPIs across products to measure health of our program, efficiency of our products, and progress towards our goals.
* Interpret metrics to drive product and business decisions by deeply understanding our products and what the numbers mean
* Work with Product Owners within the program to automate the gathering and reporting of such data
* Know our customers, their needs, and drive our program in the right direction
* Meet with consumers of our services from individual delivery teams to executives to understand how we are doing from the perspective of our customers.
* Proactively reach out to stakeholders to determine current position and identify things we can do to improve their chances of success.
* Communicate and "sell" who we are, what our service offerings are, and drive awareness of the program to existing and new stakeholders.
The ideal candidate:
* Is self-motivated and a go-getter. Ambitiously pursues deliverables and proactively addresses issues.
* Can effectively deal with difficult situations and is able to develop solutions to complex problems.
* Has proven experience in program management and stakeholder management skills.
* Displays strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills and has a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
* Is a fast learner and will quickly understand the technologies offered by our program.
* Is driven by doing the right thing at all times and is motivated to be a paragon of ethical behavior.
