Responsibilities
  • The specialist will cover shift work from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 7 A.M. - 12:00 noon.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening mail and processing check deposits through the lockbox system. 
  • These duties include data entry using alpha and 10-key along with various administrative duties as required. 
  • The candidate will also monitor and assign workflow duties as necessary to ensure proper workload distribution.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of 10 key
  • Data entry, and balancing principles
  • Knowledge of banking operations and lockbox systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
