Entry to Junior level role assisting with Tier 1 issues

Our client, a premier investment bank in Edison, NJ is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to add to their growing team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance by phone, emails, and using internal ticket management system and track issues to resolution
  • Support computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones and applications
  • Monitor and escalate alerts from antivirus systems
  • Escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues to appropriate support teams
  • Follow up on tickets at pre-defined intervals and update status log
  • Assist with password and account resets
  • Assist with Citrix troubleshooting

 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Some experience in troubleshooting, help desk, or technical support role
  • Great communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
