RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Jersey City, NJ. Consult with clients to define requirements for multimedia technology solutions, that include video and audio conferencing solutions. Design, implement and customize proof-of-concept video and audio conferencing systems on a small scale to validate viability, prior to enterprise deployment. Coordinate with internal and external teams to build and deploy highly resilient back-end servers that support multimedia video and audio conferencing technologies. Integration of video and audio systems that include Session Border Controllers, Cisco VCS, CUCM, Expressway and various Codecs. Design, architect and integrate a cloud-based multimedia conferencing solutions into the Firm's on-premise conferencing solution in a seamless and secure manner. Design deployment standards, upgrade procedures and monitoring procedures for audio and video conferencing solutions. Develop and integrate Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for multimedia collaboration technologies that include Javascript, Node.js, and React. Define engineering criteria, based on business requirements to evaluate and recommend new video and audio technologies. Research industry standards and trends for Enterprise Audio-Visual (A/V) solutions and make product recommendations for the Firm. Engage with vendors and external contractors to define scope of work identified to implement a specific audio and video collaboration platform. Perform network traffic tracing and troubleshooting for Enterprise (A/V) technology solutions. Develop and perform system testing and certification for A/V conferencing components.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related technical role. Must have four (4) years of experience with: procuring and managing external vendors with scope that includes contract management and RFP process; designing and developing highly resilient back-end server architecture for enterprise-scale collaboration technology solutions; data center design, architecture, deployment and management; network traffic tracing and troubleshooting, including network routes and switches; managing large-scale projects that impact enterprise platforms; and servicing financial services industry clients. Must have three (3) years of experience with: API development and integration relating to multimedia collaboration technologies that include Javascript, Node.js, and React.
