The Executive Assistant will be supporting two c-level Global Equities executives on a daily basis. Role will include calender, scheduling, travel, expense, internal and external meetings execution.

Extensive travel coordination- organize all international and domestic travel arrangements for executives including, plane, hotel, car and restaurant accommodations.
Phone- providing phone coverage during business hours where needed
Scheduling- provide calendar and scheduling for multiple teams
Expenses- Completed via Concur
Research-for executives and clients
Projects-ad-hoc projects for executives
Extensive Executive Administrative background-travel, calendar management, expenses
-Positive, proactive and collaborative team member
-Knowledge working in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
-Multitask, problem solver, excellent written and verbal communication
-Financial Services background preferred
