Overview As a Business Analyst, you will work in a cross-functional team environment, liaising between the development/testing teams and other stakeholders. You'll help the teams translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee various processes within the end-to-end project lifecycle.
Additional Information - New York Only* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
In accordance with New York law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York is $80k-$100k/year and with benefits (see below).
Responsibilities - Support the functional team in the design and development of solutions
- Capable of understanding, drafting, and finalizing business requirements
- Ability to evaluate costs and proposals from various vendors
- Coordinate with vendors, schemes, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements You are:
- A seasoned Business Analyst with excellent documentation and conceptualization skills
- Adept in comprehending and documenting Business and Ops process maps
- Highly knowledgeable of the entire card's life cycle
- Familiar with the Dispute management lifecycle and the underlying operational processes involved
- Willing to travel to multiple office locations for stakeholder meetings/workshops as needed
- Capable of working directly with the client teams/internal teams
- An excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
