Job Description:

Global Architecture, Sales and Trading Technology COO team - Business Support Manager

Global Architecture, Sales and Trading Technology is revolutionizing the way Global Markets does business at Bank of America. We are looking for a business support manager to join our COO team in New York who will support our growing team of whip smart developers to deliver superior software to the Global Markets business.

Role Description:
**Responsible for business-critical functions such as budget forecasting, resource management, compliance and process improvements
** Support the overall Quartz Core technology budget process and allocation of resources based on enterprise initiatives
** Work with globally distributed teams to coordinate various types of information, metrics and projects
** General ad-hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc.
** Work with PMs to ensure alignment in the usage of the internal tools used to track cross-LOB programs within GT&O
** Design, build and produce executive level reports and presentations
** Vendor management forecasting, invoicing and contractor management
** Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the GBAMT organization
** Facilitate communications and provide presentation development support

Role Requirements:
** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (Pivots, V-lookups, Macros, management of large datasets)
** Intermediate SharePoint proficiency for managing workflow, portals, and data repositories
** A proven track record of zeroing in on problems, devising solutions and managing execution
** Excellent oral and written communication skills
** Problem solving, time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
** Must be highly analytical
** Able to identify trends and draw conclusions from data
