Job Description:
The Securities Services Extended EnterpriseProduct Development Team is responsible for defining the product roadmap andmanaging execution and delivery of the integrated operating model, a solutionto connect more directly with Securities Services clients and vendorapplications. This position is responsible for client implementation ofExtended Enterprise products, comprised of end-to-end program deliveryincluding holistic governance, tracking, requirements, testing, implementationand scaling across clients for Extended Enterprise initiatives. This person will interact with SecuritiesServices clients on all facets of a program, including stakeholder management, operationalreadiness, training and successful roll out of Extended Enterprise products. Additionally, this person will present toclients on the integrated operating model and work with clients to buildrelationships, identify key opportunities, and deliver solutions for ExtendedEnterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
· Product DevelopmentVP/Associate for Extended Enterprise with focus on clientimplementations experience across large scale programs.
· Partner across the largerExtended Enterprise team that works with vendors to build connections tostrategic applications for the benefit of Securities Services clients.
· Leadership: Exhibit leadership across separate business andfunctional groups to drive progress, ensure coordination and build coherence
· Apply critical thinking to understand requirements; identify,evaluate and propose solutions where necessary
· Operationalreadiness: Understand current state and futurestate flows and provide support required for defining on-boarding modelincluding migration planning and execution as needed
· Enthusiasm& Influence: Provenability to drive and influence change with clients to improve efficiency andreduce cost
· Organization& Planning: Provenability to track and monitor multiple deliverables and give clarity and directionto all internal and external stakeholders
· Controls: Ensure appropriate adherence to Risk and Controlpolicy and put appropriate risk mitigation in place
· ClientEngagement: Provenexperience of interacting directly with external clients and vendors
· CommunicationSkills: Ability to adapt communication styleaccording to audience and occasion. Ability to influence and manage seniorstakeholders both internal and external to the firm
· Proven verbal andwritten skills for updates as required tosenior management including overall governance (milestone tracking andreporting, monthly and quarterly achievements) and call reports.


· Actas a subject matter expert toclient facing stakeholders (new business and on-going client support)
· ProductInquiries: Assist with the resolution of clientinquiries and production support issues
· Diligent Tracking and Governance of short, medium and long term programs withability to dynamically reprioritize as required by the business.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Banking or Financial Services programmanagement with significant client implementations experience
  • · Excellentwritten and oral communication, clarity of thought and the ability to expressoneself clearly both to internal and external stakeholders
  • · Stronginfluencing skills, including the ability to clearly articulate benefits ofExtended Enterprise products to Securities Services clients by understandingtheir pain points and operational inefficiencies and detailing how oursolutions can address their business needs
  • · Programor project certification, or equivalent work experience
  • · Broad-basedbusiness knowledge across the full Securities Services suite including custodyand fund services
  • · Experienceand knowledge of industry standards to drive strategic vision for ExtendedEnterprise
  • · SubjectMatter Expertise: must have experience in large programs delivering change forclients in a complex operational environment
  • · Experiencewith system and process design, target operating models, including use of Visio
  • · Drive anddetermination: leading, influencing and driving multiple programs to meetoverall Extended Enterprise project objectives
  • · A problemsolver with the ability to see the big picture across lines of business, aswell as being able to step in to understand the detail for purpose of resolvingissues as and when required
  • · Strong trackrecord of project delivery and good project discipline
  • · Stronganalytical, quantitative and qualitative skills; exceptional Excel, PowerPointand SharePoint/SharePoint Designer skills
  • · Proven goodjudgment, particularly with prioritizing your own workload - including managingmultiple deliveries simultaneously
  • · Self-motivated,quick learner, comfortable with responsibility
  • · Strongat building relationships across teams
  • · Abilityto multi-task, dynamically prioritize workloads, and manage multiple streams ofwork concurrently
