Up to $1250.00 per day

 

Our client is looking to recruit an Engagement Manager to join their growing team.  They have offices in the USA and Europe.  They help customers refine their technology vision and help transform their IT infrastructure. They are looking for someone who will be responsible for pre-sales, post-sales design and delivery of solutions.  They will require information technology competency across infrastructure and applications and be able to interact at C-Suite level.

 

 

You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring that the teams are resourced, looking at profitability and how you can grow the account. You will need to be flexible to travel to client sites within the North America region.

 

 

The role of the Engagement Manager is: -

  • To be able to work at all levels of an organisation and across functions, background and time zones globally
  • Understand client business strategy and keep up with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with the sales team regarding solutions
  • To develop and present solutions with the business rationale
  • Assisting in the statement of works
  • Program, project and resource planning
  • To manage the delivery of a client engagement
  • Proven track record for managing and growing accounts
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Create plans of actions to develop the accounts
  • Manage revenue pipeline to maximise business opportunities

 

Skills: -

  • ITIL and ITSM
  • 15 years + related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of global business culture
  • IT Literate and business minded
  • Able to build relationships a C-Level
