The focus of this position is the TTS (Treasury Trade Solutions) LMS (Liquidity Management Services) Online Investments Money Fund portal (OLI) and the money market funds available to clients via the portal.    The job holder will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, managing reporting and billing processes, and supporting the commercialization of the OLI portal and money market funds. This position will report to the MMF Global Product Manager. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in both traditional product management and platform / application management, as well as experience dealing directly with clients and fund company providers. The job holder will work closely with stakeholders in all regions, including regional Liquidity colleagues and functional partners such as operations, sales, service, legal, risk, marketing, and technology including vendor partners. 
Responsibilities include the following:
Product Management:
  • Maintain positive client experience and drive commercialization initiatives
  • Lead client demos to promote product features and functionality; Support Client / Sales training events
  • Manage the sweep and fully disclosed solution offering
  • Liaise with Marketing to create and manage client-facing collateral
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding the product; oversee successful resolution of any trading / client experience issues
  • Support roll-out of new products and other initiatives
  • Participate in business reviews and market updates with Fund Companies; attend external events with Fund Providers
  • Translate market requirements into business requirements; Support development projects and release management cycles, including deployment testing
  • Participate in process improvement efforts with partner teams
  • Complete additional ad-hoc projects as needed to support initiatives with functional partner and vendor teams
  • Support internal and external audits, as needed
Reporting:
  • Manage monthly reporting process for global revenue share metrics; Drive AUM reporting efforts
  • Prepare reporting and related communications to senior management; present updates to senior management at key stakeholder meetings
  • Manage MMF rate sheet creation and publication
Billing:
  • Manage monthly billing process for MMF sweep clients
  • Oversee monthly revenue share billing process for all domestic and offshore funds, including coordination with Global Operations and Global Billing System teams
This position enables the job holder to develop core product management and application management skills; interact directly with clients; and gain exposure to fund company providers and investment markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable but not required
  • 1+ years experience in a product management role preferred
  • Familiarity with investment and deposit products
