Regional Senior Manager, Client Engagement Marketing

The Role Responsibilities

As a Regional Senior Manager, Client Engagement Marketing, you will work with the Regional Head of Brand & Marketing Europe & Americas to develop and execute client engagement marketing plans that are integrated into the business plans and broader Corporate Affairs Brand & Marketing client engagement plans.

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group, Regional business strategy, with the ability to translate these into actionable Brand & Marketing client communication strategies to support client engagement. Emphasis will be placed on the execution of marketing communications that bring together and extend the reach of activities and events in the region.
Client Engagement Marketing
  • Define and launch an ongoing client marketing communications plan / B2B campaign to increase awareness and drive client engagement in the region in partnership with business partners. Ensuring content is consistently delivered across the events calendar
  • Develop high impact creative and messaging for marketing communications materials for clients aligned to our key strategic priorities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to help in the ideation and development of their messages and content so we have regionally relevant content for our clients and prospects.
  • Work with internal partners to optimise our digital presence in the region
  • Deliver quality activities to drive exceptional client experiences - on plan, on budget and on time
  • Apply agreed marketing measurement tools to track the success of marketing initiatives, track the measurement, assess the effectiveness of marketing spend and provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making
  • Demonstrate leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a cross-functional group.
  • Liaise with procurement, legal and compliance to ensure contracts, content and invitee processes are aligned with corporate policies and compliance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend ways to increase functional effectiveness and improve operational efficiencies
  • Ensure adherence to the Operational Risk Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Bank by the regional Brand & Marketing teams
  • Maintain high awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
  • Completion of all mandatory training needed including e-learning within stated timeframes to support the understanding of the roles for delivering effective governance
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Other Responsibilities
  • Be a Brand Champion - ensure all activities live up to our Brand promise of Here for good while, at the same time, delivering committed business outcomes Embed Here for good and Group's brand and valued behaviours in the Region
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in financial services B2B preferred
  • Experience working in various digital platforms including Linkedin
  • Experience in development marketing communications materials
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive demonstratable results
  • Degree educated or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence through all levels of an organisation
