Citi Commercial Cards is the leading provider of Commercial Cards solutions to marque, multi-national organizations and publicsector offering card solutions in 100 countries.  Citi Commercial Cards' Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Business-to-Business (B2B) solutions form the core of the expense management strategies for thousands of corporate card programs. 

This is a senior role in the Global Product Team, reporting to the Global Head of Product and Sales. This person will own and manage all aspects of Global Market Management and Global Sales coordination including:
-strategy development and market/industry verticals positioning and penetration
-coordination and collaboration with banking, coverage, and Solution Sales consultants including training, account planning, and proactive growth initiatives
-maintenance of our general sales materials and development of targeted industry/vertical sales materials for cards to support Banking/GSS/Card sales managers
-senior Global Product representation and engagement in complex global deals requiring global solutioning and coordination; senior Global Product ownership of contract negotiation for complex, global deals
-ownership of global pricing model and global deal review processes, and development of a Program Manager and Cardholder communication strategy focused on our mobile/digital/self-service initiatives to drive adoption and service/expense impact.

This is a new/expanded role on the Global Product team intended to play a leading, senior role to support our growth trajectory and the growing complexity of providing solutions in 100 markets.  This candidate will be expected to be an ambassador for Commercial Cards both internally and to the marketplace.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter and a team player, able to work independently, set direction, and drive initiatives working with regional Product teams, Product Sales and Account Management, and functional teams globally.


  • Knowledge and experience in commercial cards and global engagement/management experience are highly preferred. 
  • Knowledge of industry players and providers, as well as industry networks is preferred. 
  • Candidate must be bright, articulate, and hard-working.  
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage at senior levels are critical to success in the role, given the level of cross-team and client/sales engagement involved, and senior management exposure. 
  • The candidate should be able to work independently and in multi-dimensional teams equally effectively, be creative, and be a critical thinker. 
  • Role will have daily interaction with regional (global) teams. 
  • Some travel should be expected. 
  • B.A./B.S. degree required.
