We Offer
As a part of the Global Product Design group within the Chief Compliance & Regulatory Office (CCRO) COO business unit, you will have the opportunity to become a User Experience Designer within the global team. This is a newly formed group, driving tech-enabled solutions for many top risk compliance problems. As the lead experience designer, you will be responsible for engaging regional and global business stakeholders in defining the target state and expected user value, owning & designing the experience, and bringing design thinking into the platform. In conjunction with the product management team, you will help shape the overall experience of the digital ecosystem. You will come prepared to establish a sustainable network within a dynamic and transformational environment. You will collaborate with cross functional and regional stakeholders in Compliance business and Technology to deliver key foundational products, components, and ultimately all pieces of the puzzle which will contribute to the overall strategic tech-enabled CCRO platform.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing wireframes, visual design, user flow diagrams, information architecture, prototypes, and other interactive designs
  • Maintaining & updating a design & component library to ensure that all products within the CCRO ecosystem follow a set of standards
  • Partnering with product and development teams to ensure consistency in and fidelity of the end experience
  • Conducting user research & usability testing to understand user needs and requirements
  • Facilitating workshops to gain stakeholder alignment & buy in
  • Promoting user-centric and design-led thinking to all levels within the organization
  • Supporting best practices and emerging trends

You Offer
  • 7+ years creating digital experiences, interfaces, or applications
  • Solid track record in designing for web applications, mobile devices, or software
  • Knowledge of user research best practices & the ability to turn insights into user requirements
  • Passion for creating & designing excellent user experiences
  • Ability to communicate design solutions across all roles & levels
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or other tools for creating wireframes & specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any additional language would be an advantage
  • Proven academic background up to university degree
