RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, NY. Lead a development team and serve as the subject matter expert on Goldman Sachs Asset Management's (GSAM) Central Trading Technology Systems. Guide the implementation of new technologies to ensure that they meet the business objectives, while integrating with the current landscape of application functionality. Manage projects and lead all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, planning, design, development, testing, implementation and support. Interact and work with junior developers, business stakeholders, and technology leadership to establish a direction that uniquely positions Central Trading Technology to successfully deliver software solutions that meet GSAM's business objectives. Design technologies, develop project plans, identify key milestones, and address critical technical or resource allocation issues that may arise. Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior teammates and interns.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field with five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role, OR Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field with seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have seven (7) years of experience with a Bachelor's OR five (5) years of experience with Masters in the following technologies: utilizing Microsoft technologies including, C#, WPF, MVVM and Prism to support existing trading applications. Must have three (3) years of experience with utilizing knowledge of ETFs, bonds, FX, and derivatives including interest rate swaps and listed options in order to develop Multi-Asset Electronic and Manual Trading - Order Management workflows; TypeScript, Angular, Java and an object oriented, distributed cache, including Gemfire; and developing testing frameworks with Selenium and Fitnesse. Must have experience with the full SDLC, including experience interacting with users to elicit requirements, design and development, conducting direct user acceptance testing, and post-release production support.
