Sales & Service Client Services, Officer

This position supports client relationships within IMS. Proactively develops and maintains external relationships with our clients and key internal stakeholders. Develops understanding of client's strategies and seeks business solutions to meet their needs. Leads the development of department objectives and oversees implementation of process improvements.

What you will be responsible for
As Sales & Service Client Services, Officer you will
  • Support the Client Relationship Manager
  • Superior Client Service/Customer Interaction Skills
  • Ability to interact with client and internal stakeholders from an oversight role
  • Superior diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Administrational and Organizational skills required
  • Administrative experience - for example, Managing Internal/Customer Access requests
  • Creation of Client Facing Material - KPIs, Client Scorecards, Presentation Decks
  • Operational knowledge of Investments/Investment Operations
  • Clients for this role are internal parties, external clients such as investment managers (middle and front office)
  • Risk Management excellence
  • "Special Projects" related to Business and Client needs

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Middle Office and/or Front Office Support experience
  • Experience in relationship management, strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong follow up and leadership skills
  • Must be deadline oriented with ability to analyze and resolve daily issues
