Job Description

As a key member of the Global Rewards Operations Team, the Sr. Analyst, Global Total Rewards is responsible for providing Compensation and Recognition subject matter expertise, ensuring accurate and timely execution of core Compensation processes and providing analytical insight on compensation related topics to Compensation Consultants in various regions around the world.

Core Responsibilities:
Overall subject matter expert for Compensation and Recognition programs and partner with team members to support the offer process, maintain job descriptions and the job catalogue, facilitate educational events and support special projects
Support Annual Performance & Pay Review process by providing reporting and analysis, education, system support and answering questions from HRBPs and line managers
Respond to questions and requests in a timely and customer-focused manner
Support implementation of the HCM transformation (Workday); drive adoption of the new model and processes
Support communication and training efforts aimed at ensuring Total Rewards programs and processes are understood by HRBPs, managers and associates.
Monitor services provided by external partners to ensure efficient, customer focused execution that meets or exceeds contractual obligations.
Maintain expertise in industry and regulatory changes in the Compensation and Recognition environment; propose changes to policies and processes as needed
Provide ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Develop consultative skills through partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, Communications and other Total Rewards team members to provide awareness and knowledge of emerging best practice opportunities and trends.

Knowledge & Skills:
Compensation experience in a global company
Aptitude to learn quickly and identify & utilize appropriate information resources
Successful track record delivering high quality, accurate and timely work
Intermediate expertise with MS Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal directions who can hit the ground running
Proven ability to work on multiple initiatives at one time
Desire to learn new areas and skills based on changing business environment and departmental needs
Working knowledge of Workday, a plus
