Real Estate Technical Writer - Senior Associate

As a valued colleague on our team, you will prepare presentations, communications, policies, procedures, how-to guides, articles, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.

The Real Estate Technical Writer - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to gather information about technical products, policies, or other elements.
  • Develop documents that translate technical information in non-technical terminology.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure documentation meets their needs.
  • Revise existing documentation as needed.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-6 years

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

SKILLS

  • Educational background in or extensive experience with English grammar and syntax.
  • Knowledge of standard editorial style guidelines such as AP and Chicago style.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional experience with real estate appraisal or sales.
  • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
  • Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Tools

  • Skilled in using Snagit
  • Skilled in Visio
