We are looking for
FP&A Business Analyst
for our Budapest Office

Infrastructure FP&A within FCG makes sure books and records are correct for Morgan Stanley's support areas, reviews actual cost pools and is responsible for financial planning for the support services of the Firm. As part of the monthly reporting, this group prepares global management reporting packs with analysis and commentary.

Responsibilities:

Act as Business Analyst in challenging CCAR Process Automation project working with Segment FP&A executives, Division Controllers, and Technology team, documenting User Stories and acceptance criteria, following the Firm's Agile SDLC framework
Reconciliation and testing of automated forecast model inputs and outputs
Preparation of PowerPoint-based training material for new users of the Financial Planning application


Qualifications:


Skills Required:

Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Ability to analyze complex spreadsheets and develop Excel pivot tables

At least basic knowledge in SQL and VBA
Interest in/understanding of financial and consolidation processes and data flows
Ability to effectively communicate and listen to Finance stakeholders and understand their requirements
1-2 years of experience
Bachelors Degree required (Management, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field)
Experience in working on projects preferred
