We are looking for a

Management Reporting Controller

in our Budapest Office.

The Institutional Securities Reporting group is seeking to fill a position that requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, technical and communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting Senior Management decision making by giving a thorough overview of the financial performance of Business Units.


- Daily/weekly revenue reporting
- Monthly expense reporting and analysis
- Global, regional and legal entity profitability analysis
- Ad hoc support

The individual will support the Global Institutional Securities as well as EMEA Consolidated reporting teams and will work closely with our clients in New York and London. This position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.


Skills required:

- Minimum1 year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Sound numeric and problem solving skills
- Sound analytical skills that support prompt identification and resolution of issues
- Strong communication skills - able to deal effectively across functions and levels
- Good team skills - ability to work effectively with colleagues to meet a common goal
- Good time management skills with an ability to adapt to meet demanding deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing environment quickly and effectively
