Head of Islamic Products - Banking

Job Description:

This role requires someone with an exceptional understanding of Islamic Finance, and strong experience in product development. The successful candidate will also have recent management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new development opportunities for Islamic Banking products
• Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure that Islamic Finance products are complying with Sharia principles.
• Head up the sales/ marketing effort for Islamic banking products (developing material, and overseeing sales efforts)
• Managing the commercial feasibility of Islamic products/ services, ensuring profitability.
• Managing a team, and supporting their performance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of total relevant experience
• Most recently in a management position
• Bachelors degree as a minimum
