As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the Automotive Digital Strategy at a divisional level and developing, maintaining and executing digital programmes/ campaigns/ offerings to maximise enquiries and loyalty for the Al-Futtaim Automotive Group.
The incumbent will be required to establish them self as a Doman Expert and Automotive "division" Lead in the Digital field with the overall responsibility and ownership of three key areas:
1. Become the Automotive subject matter specialist to support the individual Automotive businesses / brands (in the UAE and Overseas) in their own organic development with regards to their Digital Strategy with focus on; Customer Engagement, Increasing Opportunities and promoting Group Loyalty.
This would require the incumbent to work extremely closely with agencies and uphold / maintain the equilibrium of group standards/ policies and highlight areas of concern, improvement, risk and the potential to leverage any group synergies that could essentially save costs.
2. Creation and management of the "Al Futtaim Automotive Group" brand online that will act as a channel for Group Initiatives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and traffic. Scope, develop and deliver a "Group" online platform and manage all related digital projects and maintain content for group website.
3. Support the Online Data, Analytics and Reporting from an Automotive Group level.
Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
- Support Brands Digital Development
o To support the individual Automotive businesses in their own organic development with regards to their Digital Strategy
o To drive marketing best practice within the organisation
o Uphold Group policies and standards; ensuring alignment to group strategy
o To manage the use of digital media to support the company's product strategy
- Establish AFAG as a brand on-line in its own right
o To establish AFAG as an online brand in its own right, to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and traffic.
o To promote AFAG loyalty and improve inter-group purchases
o To review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
o To manage all online platforms and ensure that all are kept up to date and informative
- Create and Develop AFAG Web Platforms
o Responsible (from the Auto side) for the delivery of the AFAG website
o Responsible for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of the AFAG website
o To develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors and to encourage repeat usage.
o Create the Information Architecture for the AFAG website
o Gather the Content, images for site
- Campaign Planning, Analysis & Execution
o Responsible for conceptualizing and managing a diverse range of Customer Retention campaigns and initiatives. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and championing successful execution.
o Analysis campaign outcomes in detail, using a variety of proprietary software applications. Draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making on next steps.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
o Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
o Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
o Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Insights and Analytics Portal
o Support in the development of a divisional wide Insights Platform that transforms our marketing and sales analytics to deliver richer and tangible business insights.
o Identify key valuable additional sources and data models to produce advanced analytics and insights.
o Develop propensity models to identify and quality score key opportunities and areas for optimisation.
