With a strong focus on business improvement, stakeholder partnership and sustainable growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Information Technology team.
Your new role
The position will have a strong focus on Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, HRIS, workforce management, payroll-related systems and business process improvement.Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business, operational and system requirements
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and solution design activities
- Reviewing existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Producing business cases, process maps, system specifications, reports and design documentation
- Supporting the planning, design, development, testing and deployment of system enhancements
- Coordinating user acceptance testing, implementation activities and post-deployment support
- Developing project plans and schedules for system improvement initiatives
- Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance and software development lifecycle requirements
- Conducting cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis for technology investments
- Developing user documentation and delivering training and change support
- Supporting critical incident resolution and providing guidance to junior team members
- A minimum of five years' experience in business analysis, systems analysis or a similar role
- Essential hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and setup
- Extensive user knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Oracle HRIS and UKG Kronos
- Experience delivering major business systems transformation or implementation projects
- Strong capability across requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, testing and process improvement
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and managing technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing, training, organisational change and system adoption
- Strong process mapping, workflow analysis and business requirements documentation skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- A relevant degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
